   昨天吃牛排的这个餐馆是个全球连锁,总部据说在美国。

  在北京也有,叫"澳拜客"牛排店。

  澳洲的牛羊肉质量鲜美是出了名的啦。

  老滕点了Signature Steaks里面560克/20 oz的The Nullarbor(Medium);

  As big as the name implies, this porterhouse 大脊骨牛排)is like two steaks in one- a flavourful strip and filet tenderloin together, seared for a juicy taste.

  搭配的旁菜是Dressed Jacket Potato(带皮烤的马铃薯);加上一个汤

  我要的是Signature Steaks里面450克/16 oz的Outback Rack O'Lamb (Medium Well);

  A rack of premium lamb served with a rich Cabernet wine sauce. Four rib rack.

  搭配的旁菜是Roasted Garlic Mash(土豆糊);加上一个Caesar Salad

  给老妈点了Outback Grillers (Combo with two choices: Salmon and Scallop)

  Taste bud thrillers! Served on a bed of seasoned rice with grilled pineapple, red onions, capsium, mushies, zucchini and one of our Signature Side Salads.(要了Garden Salad with Mustard)

  加上别的小吃(Bushman's Garlic Loaf) & 饮料,三个人花了108刀。

  感觉比上次在The Ranch Hotel吃的11刀特价牛排啤酒套餐好吃得多。

  当然价钱不一样。

  再有就是我们上次点了两个Well Done,一个Medium。

  Well Done偏硬偏老了。

  The Outback Steakhouse has a strong "Australian" outback theme, exemplified by Boomerangs, stuffed crocodiles, maps of Australia, a reproduction of Ned Kelly's helmet, whips, didgeridoos, and paintings by Aboriginal artists. New locations are featuring a more subdued, streamlined decor, which is also being implemented in remodels of existing stores. Menu items are largely named after places in Australia, Some items are named after agricultural professions. Others still take their names from pop-cultural references.
