Also why not try a different location, perhaps you missed out on an en-suite room in this current session - if you reapply for next session we will guarantee you to offer you an en-suite room, if requested.

University Owned Flats

We also have vacancies for University owned flats that are suitable for groups of students to share, these are: 3 person either 1 single and 1 twin, 1 large single and 1 twin, or 2 large singles and 1 single; 4 person either 2 singles and 1 twin or 1 large single and 3 singles; 5 person either 2 larges singles and 3 singles or 3 larges singles and 2 singles.

The rates are lb93.24 per person per week for a single room, lb100.10 per person per week for a large single room and lb82.04 per person per week for a twin room. Remember if you apply to stay for the period 10/06/11 to 01/09/11 you will receive a 15% on the accommodation fees. This discount will be applied to your August payment. The discount will also apply to students who currently have 12 month contracts, ending September 2011, and will be deducted from the August payment.
